⚠️ First Time Setup — Tables Not Found

The Airtable token doesn't have table-creation permissions (schema.bases:write). Create these 3 tables manually in Airtable base appe8vXxLCpBMID7B, then paste the table IDs in the CONFIG block at the top of this file's JavaScript.

Table 1 — Coaches: Name (single line), Location (single select: HB / Irvine / Both), Active (checkbox)

Table 2 — Time Off Requests: Coach Name (single line), Start Date (date), End Date (date), Reason (long text), Covered By (single line), Status (single select: Pending / Approved / Denied), Notes (long text), Submitted (date)

Table 3 — Blackout Dates: Label (single line), Start Date (date), End Date (date), Reason (single line)

After creating tables, open this file, find CONFIG near the top of the script, and paste each table's ID.
