Your Readiness Score is not a single metric — it's a weighted combination of three pillars that together describe your capacity to perform, recover, and age well.
Physical Readiness
60%
Average of your cardio (bike), grip strength, spinal load capacity, and sled endurance — each ranked against people your age and gender. This is the largest driver because it directly measures your real-world physical capacity.
VO2 max, grip strength, spinal load capacity, and power endurance are the four most validated longevity markers in exercise science. More of these means more years of independent, capable living.
Perceptual Readiness
20%
Your pain and confidence scores combined into a 0–100 signal. This isn't soft data — it's a direct read on whether your nervous system is ready to let you express your physical capacity.
High pain or low confidence doesn't just hurt this number — it limits every other metric too. The body protects itself before it expresses itself. This is the gate.
Structural Readiness
20%
Your muscle-to-fat ratio ranked against active members in your age group and gender. This is the cleanest single measure of body composition quality — size-independent, so it reflects how your body is built, not just how big you are.
More muscle means a higher resting metabolism, better insulin sensitivity, and stronger hormonal signals. Lower body fat means less systemic inflammation. Together, they define your structural longevity.
The Equation
Physical (60%) + Perceptual (20%) + Structural (20%) = Readiness Score
The blueprint for durability & longevity.
