STRATA Live Facilitator Certification

Become a STRATA
Facilitator.

STRATA Live is a facilitated physical assessment protocol. It requires a trained observer — someone certified to run the five-battery protocol, score twenty behavioral markers in real time, and debrief a participant on what they mean. That person is a STRATA facilitator.

Not a coach.
A trained behavioral observer.

A STRATA facilitator is a certified observer. The role requires no clinical licensure — STRATA is a behavioral observation instrument, not a psychological assessment. Facilitators are trained to run the protocol, read what they see, and score it with precision.

This distinction matters. You are not diagnosing, counseling, or treating. You are observing real behavior under real stress — and translating it into a data set that tells a person exactly how their nervous system performs.

The role has clear precedent in athletic performance assessment, organizational coaching, law enforcement screening, and military evaluation. What STRATA adds is the scientific framework and the standardized protocol.

The right background matters.

Fitness & Performance
Coaches & Trainers
Strength and conditioning coaches, personal trainers, performance coaches, and athletic directors who already work inside the physical stress space and understand how bodies respond to load.
Clinical & Health
Health Professionals
Physical therapists, occupational therapists, sports medicine practitioners, and wellness professionals with a baseline understanding of autonomic function and stress physiology.
Leadership & Org
Coaches & Consultants
Executive coaches, organizational development consultants, team performance specialists, and HR professionals working inside high-stakes environments where stress response is operationally relevant.
Public Safety & Defense
Tactical Professionals
Law enforcement trainers, military performance specialists, fire and EMS training officers, and first responder leadership with direct experience in high-stress occupational performance contexts.
The Path

What certification involves.

Facilitator certification is not a weekend course. It requires demonstrated observational competency across all five batteries and inter-rater reliability calibration. Details are shared in the formal application process.

Phase 01
Application & Vetting
Background review, professional context assessment, and a brief screening interview. STRATA facilitators represent the instrument in the field — the standards are high by design.
Phase 02
Protocol Training
Structured training in the five-battery protocol — setup, administration, safety standards, timing, and documentation. Includes the neurobiological framework underlying each battery and what it measures.
Phase 03
Observational Calibration
The core competency: learning to see what STRATA measures. Breathing patterns, postural markers, facial expression reading, behavioral exit signatures, and movement quality degradation. Calibrated against a trained observer to achieve ≥85% inter-rater reliability on core markers.
Phase 04
Supervised Administration
Conduct a minimum of three observed facilitation sessions under direct supervision before independent certification is granted. Debrief quality is evaluated alongside scoring accuracy.
Phase 05
Certification & Access
Certified facilitators receive access to the STRATA facilitation platform, AI-generated report system, and ongoing calibration community. Annual recertification maintains standard.
