STRATA Live is a facilitated physical assessment protocol. It requires a trained observer — someone certified to run the five-battery protocol, score twenty behavioral markers in real time, and debrief a participant on what they mean. That person is a STRATA facilitator.
A STRATA facilitator is a certified observer. The role requires no clinical licensure — STRATA is a behavioral observation instrument, not a psychological assessment. Facilitators are trained to run the protocol, read what they see, and score it with precision.
This distinction matters. You are not diagnosing, counseling, or treating. You are observing real behavior under real stress — and translating it into a data set that tells a person exactly how their nervous system performs.
The role has clear precedent in athletic performance assessment, organizational coaching, law enforcement screening, and military evaluation. What STRATA adds is the scientific framework and the standardized protocol.
Facilitator certification is not a weekend course. It requires demonstrated observational competency across all five batteries and inter-rater reliability calibration. Details are shared in the formal application process.
Facilitator certification is currently limited. Submit your information and we'll reach out when your application window opens.
